Introduction

🌾 Welcome to the OBAOL Associate Network

Welcome to OBAOL!

As a new member of our network, it is important to understand how our system works and how our team structure has evolved.

Previously, OBAOL operated with multiple roles such as:

  • Company Research Specialist (CRS)
  • Business Development Associate (BDA)
  • Relationship Partner (RP)

Each of these roles handled different stages of the business process.

However, as the OBAOL platform evolved and our operations became more integrated, these roles have now been combined into a single unified role.

🔹 Structure Update

Instead of operating with separate roles, OBAOL now uses one unified role for team members.

The responsibilities previously handled by CRS, BDA, and RP are now combined into a single role called:

Associate Relationship Manager (ARM)

This change was made to simplify operations and allow team members to manage relationships and platform activity more effectively.

For detailed information about this role, please refer to the ARM page:

⚠️ Important Note About the Video Below

The video below was created when OBAOL still used the CRS → BDA → RP structure.

In the video, you will hear explanations about those three roles.

Today, these responsibilities are combined into the ARM role.

While watching the video, keep in mind that the responsibilities described for CRS, BDA, and RP are now handled under the ARM role.
