Our sales network is structured around three main roles. Each role plays a critical part in making our system transparent, fair, and successful:

1️⃣ Company & Market Research Specialist (CRS)

  • Purpose: Build knowledge and verify data.
  • Key Focus: Understanding the agro-industry, collecting accurate company and market data, and supporting Business Development Associates and Relationship Partners.
  • Why Start Here: All new team members begin in this role to learn the system, industry, and product knowledge before moving into other sales roles.

Note: CRS is divided into two areas:

  • Company Research Specialist: Verifies company and buyer information.
  • Market Research Specialist: Tracks market trends, prices, and product information.

2️⃣ Business Development Associate (BDA)

  • Purpose: Find and connect leads for the sales network.
  • Key Focus: Building initial trust, introducing potential buyers to OBAOL, and connecting them with the Relationship Partner.
  • Importance: BDAs are the bridge between research and closing, creating opportunities for deals to happen.

3️⃣ Relationship Partner (RP)

  • Purpose: Maintain strong buyer/seller relationships and support the sales process.
  • Key Focus: Guiding the buyer, motivating the Deal Closer, providing updates, and ensuring deals progress smoothly.
  • Impact: Relationship Partners ensure long-term trust, repeat business, and smooth transactions.

  1. Begin as a CRS:

    • Learn about the market, products, and OBAOL systems.
    • Build your foundation in research and industry knowledge.
  2. Move to BDA or RP:

    • Apply your knowledge to connect buyers and support deals.
    • Collaborate with mentors and other roles to learn the sales process.

This step-by-step progression ensures every team member gains deep understanding before actively closing deals.
